Travel the Lake Ontario Wine Trail this holiday season for our annual holiday tour. Celebrate the season with festive pairings of wine, ciders and beer with foods from around the world. Each location will represent a different country, pairing traditional holiday dishes with local award-winning wines, ciders and beers. All pairings offer unique flavors for guests to experience. There will be plenty of fun, food, and holiday shopping for all to enjoy!

DisBatch Brewing is the 1st Brewery to brew in Wayne County. We pride ourselves in keeping things local; supporting local businesses and giving back to those who serve within our community. As owners we have all been on the front lines as a first responders or immediately affiliated.
We started as lovers of beer, and those who gave our time in service of others. We remain committed to those traits as brewery owners and brewers. Our Mission will be threefold: Community First, Service & Sacrifice, and Simplicity. We will continue to service our community as first responders, as well as provide a space to relax, share a story, and a pint (or 2).
